Job Summary:
The Quality & Risk Management Officer shall implement and maintain quality monitoring and analysis of processes that support the Quality Patient Safety & Risk Management Plan. He/she should review, analyze and integrate statistical data collected on the department / service measures. He/she will assure conformity with national/international regulatory / accreditation standards. He/she should collect, edit, track, archive, and follow up documents related to quality.
In addition, he /she shall provide oversight on the occurrence variance system (OVR) and report findings. He/she should conduct risk assessments; coordinate the activities of the Patient Safety & Risk Management, educate healthcare providers, communicate and implement action plans in coordination with departments and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor degree in nursing sciences or related field.
• Preferred CPHQ.
• 3 Years of experience in similar position.
• Valid training in quality and patient safety principles, and accreditation standards.
• Computer and statistical skills.
• English language (spoken and written).
• Effective communication.
