Role Summary .
The O.R Head Nurse is responsible for providing in the Operating Rooms, team leadership, facilitating processes, ensuring O.R objectives are achieved and promoting innovation and excellence in clinical care within all disciplines.
He/she establishes, develops and implements standards of practice, material resources and provides sound nursing management practices within the related patient care unit(s).
Minimum Required Qualifications.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing – Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration.
• Minimum of 10 years of practical clinical experience at O.R, out of which 3 years with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Holder of a work permit license from MOPH.
• Member of the Lebanese Order of Nurses.
• Basic Life Support ( BLS ) certification.
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) – Arabic, English, French (Preferred).
• Knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Nursing Software Applications.
